Phase 1 Proof of Concept Achievements: Shaping the Future of Data Exchange

Securing Major Milestones in Global Data Flows

The Tier 3 Global Cross-Border Data Flow Trustmark has secured major Proof of Concept (PoC) achievements, spearheaded by collaborative regulatory research between the Singapore and Hong Kong economies. This advanced tier addresses the complexities of seamless data exchange while strictly respecting diverse local privacy regulations.

Formulating a Unified Regulatory Operational Model

The initial phase of research has yielded a comprehensive mapping of legal frameworks, paving the way for our ambitious "prepare once, gain trust across multiple economies" operational model. Dr. Qinglan Wang emphasized the current momentum, stating, “Our preliminary findings with Singapore and Hong Kong have fully validated the feasibility of our 'One Assessment, Multiple Certifications' framework."

Establishing a Strategic Hub for Regional Integration

"Building on this success, we are now actively discussing the establishment of a next-phase cross-border compliance center with our strategic partners.” This proposed center will serve as the operational hub for facilitating multi-jurisdictional certifications, driving digital economic integration to new heights.
